Woah Mama

I did a double take when I saw the ad on the New Yorker website a couple of months back but it's true, the New Yorker on DVD! ALL OF IT! I've been obsessed with the New Yorker since I was a wee boy (ok, about 15 or so, but that's pretty wee, right?). Sept. 20 couldn't come sooner.

All that I need now is a copy (digital or not) of every Esquire from the 1960s, that'd be hot.

New Template

Watch out for the arrows.... I was getting tired of the old template and decided to spruce up the blog. I'm still working as a fact-checker at Canadian Living, but I will try to blog more frequently. A few things worthy of mention though.

1) The link to my This Magazine article is right there on the sidebar.

2) Spacing Magazine and the Toronto Public Space Committee are having a fundraiser/film night.

Torontoist party!

Torontoist, the city blog I write for, is having a party tommorow night at the Embassy in Kensington Market. That is all....

Boy Reporter --> Fact Checking Commando

I've been fact-checking on and off for Canadian Living and Style at Home for the last few months. Well ladies and gentleman, the chickens have come home to roost. For the next two or three weeks I'll be working full time at the Canadian Living offices in beautiful downtown North York.

Thanks to the grueling fact-checking boot camp that is eye Weekly I am now a one man fact-checking army. If you need an inaccuracy killed, or an insurrection of errors put down, you know who to call.
